The first Airbus A 350 – 900ULR arrived in Singapore this weekend to prepare Singapore Airlines to begin the longest flight in the world.
The airline announced a statement covering a distance of about 9,000 nautical miles (10,400 miles or 16,700 km) between Singapore and New York on October 11 in about 18 hours and 45 minutes.
It takes the title of the worldFrom Qatar Airways. The current title owner is a non-stop trip for 18 hours between Doha in Qatar and Auckland in New Zealand.
The course will be 67 class business class seats and 94 senior economic seats 2 classes.
A 350-900 UL (for very long distance)It's full of passengers and you can fly for 20 hours nonstop.
According to Bloomberg, the flight will fly three flights in the first week and will increase every day from October 18th. Delivery of A350 – 900ULR for non stop service to Los Angeles will begin on November 2nd.
