San Francisco: Tesla's vice president of global procurement management, Liam O. Conner resigned.
His retirement will be after the recent vacancy of other positions including chief accountant, personnel manager, communication manager.
Mr. Connor, who joined Apple's Tesla in 2015, is Tesla's last luxury employee and has left the company in a turbulent year.
Mr. Dave Morton of the Chief Accountant resigned in about a month, but Gaby Tredano, director of former Human Resources director, said, "CNBC will resign from Friday and will not return.
This is done when the electric car maker confirmed that the US Department of Justice Department (DOJ) started investigating remarks by a CEO Elon Musk in a private company.
But what the Justice Department is investigating is not clear.

The company dismissed nearly 9% of the labor force in June.
