According to the TENAA listing, the Vivo iQOO 3 has a 6.44-inch full HD AMOLED display with 1,080 X 2400 pixels resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Rumors also suggest that it is only a 60 hz panel. The recently leaked live images revealed the handset will have to have a punch-hole, a recess, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes. It is powered by a 2.84 GHz octa-core processor and the chipset may be the latest Snapdragon 865, SoC. The handset comes in several different versions – 6 GB, 8 GB, and 12GB of RAM, a 128 GB or 256 GB of expandable storage options. It is likely to launch Android-10, with FunTouch OS skin on top.

As for the optics, and the Physically iQOO 3 is equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back of a 64MP the primary sensor is a pair of 13MP lens and a 2 megapixel camera on the unit. To the front there is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats. And finally, a 4,370 mAh battery (4,410 mAh battery, typical), with 55W high-speed charging support will fuel the handset.
