A coder named Alibek Omar El has managed to port the entire game for Android architecture and openly released the APK on Github. The game is a little irritable on Android smartphone or tablet however Omarev’s APK has the Counter-Strike screen littered with touchscreen controls that are fully customizable.
He has explained the complete making of the APK on Reddit, apart from this he also added that game is a bit slow while played on The Best of Android smartphones.

Installing Method:
