At the same time, the company has also made controversial decisions regarding legacy Notes functionality. Nevertheless, these handsets stand out as The Best smartphones that Samsung can currently offer.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 – Design & Display
The most significant design change compared to other Samsung phones is the introduction of a full-screen display with a perforating cutout for the front camera at the top center of the screen – the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus are both equipped with the selfie camera. Head right. Note 10 features a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, with a resolution of 401 pixels per inch. It incorporates HDR 10+ technology and, given that Samsung has not opted for a QHD screen, we are impressed by its appearance. We do not know if this will be the case when you compare the handset to other Samsung phones, but the video we watched on the screen appeared brilliant and bright.
Note 10 is not only smaller than Note 9, but it is also lighter and thinner. It measures 72 x 151 x 7.9 mm and, with its 168 g, is one of the brightest and most flagship Samsung phones on the market. This is a note designed for small hands who want to use high-end features such as the S Pen Pen, but do not want a gigantic phone hard to hold.
The fingerprint scanner has been built in-display by Samsung, which is slightly higher than the scanner with the lower display on some Android phones. This seems like a more comfortable place because your thumb naturally falls on this area when you use the phone. On the bottom edge of the phone, you will find the USB-C connector in the center, with a speaker and the S-Pen slot on the right. The top corner of the note 10 is uninterrupted, except for the SIM card tray.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 – Camera
If you have used the Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10 Plus, you’ll find that the Galaxy Note 10’s camera is not an exciting upgrade on these phones. It uses the same combination of an ultra-wide 16MP lens, a regular 12MP lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens. Most of the improvements in Note 10 in the camera department relate to its video recording abilities. The picture stabilization technology has been improved, and a new feature called Live Focus Video allows you to capture background blur effects like the ones we used to see in portrait mode.
Another feature is called AR Doodle, which allows you to write over moving images. It works the same way as filters on Instagram or Snapchat with its augmented reality technology, but this is instead designed to allow you to create your images using the S-Pen. The front camera of Note 10 is in the center of the screen, and it is a 10MP sensor.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 – S-Pen
For many people, the S Pen is the reason why a new Note Phone is installed each year. With Note 10, Samsung continues to enhance the S Pen Pen and add even more features. For selfie enthusiasts, Samsung has added something called Air Actions. Based on the Bluetooth feature introduced with the S 9 stylus of note 9, the aerial actions allow you to point the stylus S towards note 10 so that it acts as a shutter button of the camera, switch between different shooting modes and zoom in/out.
Air Doodle is another new feature that allows you to draw wigs, mustaches, and more on people in the camera frame. By using algorithms, Note 10 can map these drawings to people using the viewfinder in real-time. If you’re more interested in video editing, the S Pen is also a key part of the new Note 10 native video editor, making it much easier to paste, clean, reorganize timeline elements, and more.

Those in the United States will access to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset inside their Note 10 smartphone. If you’re in the UK and all other countries around the world, you’ll get Samsung’s new Exynos 9825 chipset, built with 7nm EUV technology. This essentially allows Samsung to make a smaller and more efficient chipset, and the company chose to include the new chip in Note 10. The phone contains 8GB of RAM and is only available with 256GB of storage.
There is no microSD support. , and Samsung says that this is intended to reduce the size of the device. That’s a lot of space for the average user, but if you want more, you’ll need the Note 10 Plus, with 512 GB of built-in storage and microSD support. Another feature that has been abandoned in the effort to maintain the slim 10 note is the 3.5mm headphone jack.
This is the first time in Samsung’s history that Samsung has let go of its high-end phones, and some will be dissatisfied with the decision. You may be able to use the USB-C port on the bottom of the phone for some headphones (including a pair in the box), but this may mean that you will need to replace some of the cables you are currently using.
