Things To Remember Before Buying a Laptop For Programming

Programming is an extensive niche, and there are many programming languages that can be used for programming. Therefore, the programmer’s laptop must be sufficiently specified to efficiently execute all compilers of the programming language, interpreter, local server and code editor. But what is the best configuration of a laptop that is mainly used for “programming”? What do all programmers need to know before buying a laptop for encryption and programming?

1Operating System

As for coding and programming, Microsoft’s Windows and Apple’s macOS were the most preferred operating systems over the years. Because the most favorable operating system for programmers’ laptops is that Microsoft Windows supports most programming languages, MacBooks are more expensive than Windows laptops, so not everyone gets it.

If you are an Apple iOS developer or ecosystem developer, or if you plan to learn and become one, you will need to purchase your own Mac. Because Objective C and Swift require Xcode, there is currently no plan to make only Mac and Apple available on other operating systems.

Linux is an excellent choice for Python, Ruby on Rails, PHP developers, but Windows supports them all. Although global Windows is the preferred system for all programmers and developers, Macs are essential for Apple developers.

2Processor

The CPU aka processor is the brains of all computers, regardless of whether you are developing a website or mobile application, a laptop with a powerful processor will encode the program and execute that code There is no mistake. We believe that laptops with Intel® i5 processors can meet the requirements of most programmers, but if you need intensive things like game development and graphics programming, Intel i7 We recommend using a processor-equipped laptop you can afford it).

For beginners, even a laptop with an Intel® i3 processor, you can purchase a laptop with an Intel® i5 processor.

3RAM

This means that you do not have to spend all the hard time savings to use the maximum amount of RAM on a laptop. However, it is always a good idea to have as much RAM on your computer as possible to use local servers, compilers, code editors, and web browsers at the same time. We recommend at least 8 GB of RAM to program the laptop, but you need up to 12 or 16 GB of RAM to develop or program the game.

4Storage

Because HDD is slow (but fully usable), it is usually mounted on an inexpensive laptop and SSD is faster than an HDD commonly found in laptop computers costing over $ 600 (which is much faster ). If you are talking about laptops for specific programming, SSD is useful for programmers. You can also dramatically shorten laptop startup time, load projects you saved earlier, and continue working from where you left off.

Most laptops with hard drives offer 1 TB of storage capacity, but laptops with SSDs of the same price range have significantly more storage capacity (256 GB or 512 GB) than hard drives It will be fewer. Let’s leave this to you. If you want fast lightning fast storage and you can work with less space, I will go to SSD. And if you want more room to operate at a lower but reasonably good speed, please go with HDD. Simple!

5Graphics

The integrated graphics of the new Coffee Lake and Kaby Lake Intel CPU are not important as it is enough to run most programs used for encryption on a laptop. If you like to play games on your laptop, having it is a good thing. A 2 Gb graphics image is sufficient for programming and games, but if you are involved in game development and coding, you need a better laptop to support graphics.

In addition to these five critical elements on the programmer’s laptop, a comfortable keyboard with appropriate display key (recommended IPS) is required to reduce eye fatigue during long night coding sessions. Excellent battery life and lightweight design will also be a big plus for laptops for programming.

Now you may have answered all the questions to remove all doubts and purchase a laptop and program yourself. Before proceeding to the list of laptops best suited for programming, I would like to ask you to select the OS suitable for your laptop. Please select the appropriate operating system that best suits your programming needs based on your desired programming language or the programming language you use on a daily basis.

Before deciding, it helps to select the best working machine for coding requirements from the list of laptops below. Let’s start with a list of the best laptops for programming when you are done. Shall we?

Apple MacBook Pro 15

Apple ‘s new 15 – inch MacBook Pro saw a double controversy, but it is even more impressive for Apple. In addition to a class action on Apple’s butterfly keyboard (the latest model seems to be more reliable), as well as power forming bugs found, some of the laptop performance scores seen on laptops are obvious Became. However, the big problem is that the performance of this notebook is too expensive and too expensive. However, the new Apple MacBook Pro 15 with a thin, sophisticated design (for that class) is the power to be evaluated with all its power. This is all time best laptops for programmers and of course me too.

Design

The 2018 15-inch MacBook Pro looks like the predecessor of 2017 and 2016, but the design is quite good. It is a slim aluminum beast made of elegant, tapered end silver and space gray. The ring around the screen may be thicker than competitors such as Huawei MateBook X Pro and Dell XPS 15, but I am doing it well. Apple does not concede the placement of webcam but keeps it on top ring.

These two Windows competitors will place Webcam on the lower bezel and deck respectively. This creates a very troubling angle. Unfortunately, for users using Type A style Boxy type USB 3.0 devices, the MacBook Pro still has only Thunderbolt 3 port. There are four of them. On the other hand, these foresightedly and reversible ports provide very fast throughput and can connect up to two 4K monitors at the same time.

Keyboard and TouchPad

Although Apple calls the 2018 MacBook Pro keyboard as a more quiet version, it is said that reliability is high because it is confirmed that there is a membrane under each key by shutting down the system. This helps prevent dirt from entering the keyboard and prevent key sticking. When I tested this keyboard with the one from last year’s MacBook Pro, I could not hear the difference. More surprisingly, I did not discover that these keys are hard to use after I pop-up my nose with a butterfly switch key for many years.

The 6.3 x 3.9 inch Force Touch trackpad on the MacBook Pro is huge but I have tested it since it was not started accidentally, so it does not get in the way. If this is your first MacBook, it will not work, but you will get haptic feedback to simulate clicks. This means that you can not hold the touchpad with one finger unless the touchpad moves, so you need to learn how to drag and drop with two fingers.

Display

On the MacBook Pro’s 15.4-inch screen, we offer bright and vivid image quality that we have become accustomed to. This year, I am getting even better with the help of other tricks from Apple devices. Looking at the mission impossible: a trailer falling on the screen of the MacBook, I saw the hot orange of the exploding car becomes a fireball. It is gentle blue water that encloses the sunken SUV and green, green on a remote island.

I have tested this panel of 2880 x 1800 pixels with the 4K documentary of the Evolve wrestling promotion. That artist looked very clearly; I felt I was in the front row. That meant that Matthew Riddle ‘s eyes were tired. Sweat stained in his suitcase with the style of Death of Death, and beautiful leather grain was recorded behind the championship title.

According to our colorimeter, MacBook Pro generates 117% sRGB spectrum. This is higher than the 111% laptop average, including Specter x 360 rating (119%), XPS 15 (115%), Precision 3530 (117%). Surface book 2 recorded a high number of 131%.

The MacBook Pro is pretty bright; the highest brightness jumps 354 knots, the average of 266 nits and the 289-nits Precision 3530. It is similar to the 340 nits Specter x 360, but it is not the smartest of all 417-nit Surface Book 2, and 37s1-nit XPS 15 is better than the MacBook Pro. However, the brightness of the screen is still strong enough for a wide viewing angle. Because it turned out that the color was preserved at 75 degrees left and right.

Graphics and Performance

The most positive thing about this MacBook Pro is how fast you can set it. Taking a test unit with Intel Core i9-8950 HK CPU and 32 GB RAM as an example, you will get great performance. That is not the kind of speed I need as a writer, but the kind I like. And as a future video editor, it’s like a couple who has expanded my eyes. After applying Apple’s MacBook Pro software patch, the following results were obtained. This solved the problem of throttling.

When opening Excel, TweetBot, QuickTime, Handbrake, OnePassword in the background, I was confident that I would continue to split the screen between 16 Chrome tabs and 4K video and collide with each other. I did not shrink or blur the interface from tab to tab and between applications, so I was right.

Like the MacBook Pro’s 2 TB SSD shows, Apple has the fastest storage in the northwestern, western and southern parts. After the conventional test using the copy of the file was higher than expected, we verified with the synthesis benchmark. During testing, the Pro writing speed was 2,600 MBps, the reading speed was 2,724 MBps, and the category average was 419 MBps. The comparable slow speed of SSD of Specter x 360 (221 MBps), XPS 15 (221 MBps), Surface Book 2 (318.1 MBps) was seen, but the marking of 848 MBps of Precision 3530 was not bad.

Even with AMD Radeon Pro 560X GPU with 4 GB of memory, the fastest MacBook Pro cannot demonstrate the expected graphics performance. Measuring graphic performance In the OpenGL section of the Cinebench R15 benchmark, the 2018 MacBook Pro gave a score of 106.22 frames per second. XPS 15 (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q) was excellent at 118.13 fps with the same test. The MacBook Pro has driven an unobtrusive Dirt 3 racing game on a medium size image at 1080p at 83 frames per second.

Battery Life and Heat

The MacBook Pro is a durable laptop. The notebook took 10 hours 20 minutes for the battery test, surfing the internet at 150 knit. This is about 2 hours longer than the 8:22 notebook average. Dell XPS 15 (8: 23) was not so much, Surface Book 2 (11: 34) lengthened it, Precision 3530 (8:53) was close to average. The HP Specter x 360 lasted only 5:20.

The MacBook Pro is a little hot, but it’s thin, light and ultra-fast so it’s not surprising. After 15 minutes of HD video streaming to the laptop, our heat gun clocks the keyboard and the bottom face at 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit and 96.5 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively, and measures over 95 degrees comfort threshold. The touchpad was accepted at 86.5 degrees, and it was cool.

Conclusion

The new 15-inch MacBook Pro has the highest speed so far, with speed, smart screen and excellent keyboard that I have never seen before. But, that all power is kept behind expensive locks and keys. However, like the new MacBook Pro 15, there is nothing, lightweight, sturdy laptop. That’s a good reason to invest in it.

Dell XPS 15

Dell XPS 15 is the best 15-inch laptop available for purchase. This is due to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU that can handle rugged build quality, beautiful screens, comfortable soft touch decks, board games and tight programming. We pay a high price for the privilege, but experience with using the best 15-inch consumer laptop on the market is worth it.

Design

Because Dell has not changed the design of XPS 15 in recent years, the last model does not look like the last pair. It is still beautiful and functional design, and it is solidly constructed, but I hope next year Dell puts everything aside for the New Year. XPS 15 has a silver aluminum lid, Dell’s logo is painted black, but it is overall a beauty. When you lift the lid, the 15.6-inch 4K Infinity Edge screen appears, with almost no rings on the top and side. A black soft-touch deck surrounds a keyboard like an illuminated island. I appreciate the battery indicator on the right side of the laptop.

When you press the button, up to five lights will light up, and you can know how long the note will last even if it is closed. In the tapered design of XPS 15, only a few ports are available on each side, but the machine meets all requirements. On the left side, USB 3.0 port, HDMI output, Thunderbolt 3, headphone/microphone combo connector is displayed. On the right are a Kensington lock, another USB 3.0 port, and a lock on the SD card reader. The deck of our evaluation unit has a small square fingerprint reader in the lower right corner of the keyboard.

Keyboard and TouchPad

I feel that the XPS 15 keyboard is flat, but it is wide enough to type on my own without stumbling. There is a movement of 1.4 millimeters, and 50 grams of force is required to press. I did not let myself get into restrictions, but I typed it a bit later than the average. The 4.1 x 3.1-inch touchpad is of the highest quality and supports the exact movement of Windows 10. Switching the application with three fingers or tapping with four fingers to open the Windows Action Center Ideal for.

Display

XPS 15’s 15.4 inch 4K screen is very bright, lively and accurate and can be used without concern for external monitors for Netflix, video, games, or other needs. When I checked out the 4K movie “Tears of Steel,” I was impressed with the vivid colors such as the purple, red and green light emitted by the holographic computer. The shadows were very active and hit the black, gray wall of the laboratory. From nearby, I was able to see the pores of the face of the character.

The Dell panel covers 188% of the sRGB color gamut (we think it is better if it exceeds 100%). Specter and Prestige account for 113% and 133%, respectively, while the average is only 111%. The screen of XPS 15 is wonderfully bright and measures an average of 282 nits on the colorimeter. It was above the average (266 nits), Spector (255 nits) and prestige (192 nits) scores.

Graphics and Performance

XPS 15 with 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7-7700 HQ CPU, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD is a multitasking rock star. I opened 40 tabs in Chrome. This was streaming John Oliver, and Last Week Tonight, XPS was not bent while viewing. Dell’s notebook exceeds the impression of the average (11.008) and Prestige (Core i7-700 HQ, 12.678) and Specter (Core i7-7500 U, 8.017) at 13,911 points in the overall performance test of Geekbench 4.

XPS 15 does not look like a game laptop, but thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce 1050 GPU (with 4 GB VRAM), it has the advantage of an entry level game. I played Battlefield 1 at 1080p and played with a high setting. When I flew the Vosges Mountains in eastern France, 50 to 60 frames of the game were displayed per second. The screen shined. The sky was bright blue, and the sunlight was lit by a snow cap. However, because 1050 GPU has no ability to push that pixel number, I could not use 4K resolution.

Battery Life and Heat

Despite the 4K screen and the Nvidia Pascal GPU, XPS 15 is almost always with you. It easily exceeded the average value of laptop computer (8:22) for 1 minute, Prestige time (4:13), and started running at 8:23 AM in the battery test. Although equipped with a 4K screen, Specter with older NVIDIA GeForce 940 MX GPU followed 8: 36.

XPS 15 was very calm during the heat test. After streaming YouTube HD video for 15 minutes, the bottom of the notebook computer touched at 79 degrees Fahrenheit, the center of the keyboard (between G and H keys) reached 86 degrees, and the touchpad became 80 degrees. All of these temperatures are below the comfortable threshold of 95 degrees.

Conclusion

Dell XPS 15 is a first-class 15-inch notebook with an excellent screen and reliable performance, assuming that you do not have a basic model, some games have enough power. The key can be made more specific, but it is not a trade breaker. Generally, XPS 15 is a remarkable system. The 4K screen is one of the best I have ever seen (you should use OLED to get better). You can play games on it, but the design is safe, but it has a rugged, comfortable and soft touch card game. If you need a competent clamshell with this size, please look no further.

Asus ZenBook Pro UX550VE

You do not need a MacBook Pro to get a beautiful and powerful laptop with separate graphics. Example: Asus ZenBook Pro with attention-grabbing style and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card for design, editing and gaming. ZenBook Pro offers the necessary performance because it is a quiet run-up provided with full HD display only, but I would like to consider how much you want to increase speaker and 4K screen. But if you need raw power and decent appearance, ZenBook Pro is a reliable option.

Design

Many of Asus’s premium notes are beautiful dark blue, but ZenBook Pro has a noticeable black profile. I love the change because the laptop is crossing the premium and professional boundaries. Although the lid still has a typical concentric circle of ZenBook, the Asus logo of gold and silver is mainly bright, and it shines with the backlight of the opposite screen.

A thin edge surrounds the screen, the speaker is placed on both sides of the island-style keyboard, and it is built in aluminum deck. ZenBook Pro has a full set of ports for both the latest peripherals and old peripherals. On the left side of the laptop are the HDMI output and two Thunderbolt 3 ports, on the right are two USB 3.0 ports, a micro SD card slot, and a headphone jack.

Keyboard and TouchPad

The ZenBook keyboard is better than the travel distance of 1.2 mm. The force required for operation is 63 grams, the key feels deep enough. They do not have the resistance that I desire. The 4.1 x 2.9-inch touchpad is smooth and accurate, instantly responding to gestures such as two-finger scrolls and four finger taps to open the action center. The only problem is that Asus is disabling the right part by putting a fingerprint reader at the top of the trackpad.

Display

ZenBook Pro ‘s 15.6-inch, 1080p screen is not the brightest there, but there is enough light emission to use without problems, and it is lively. I saw a trailer of Star Wars: The last Jedi and I were able to see all the stitches of the Rook Skywalker’s coat. When the TIE Hunter drove the Millennium Falcon, the green laser was standing on the dark wall of the cave.

For both MacBook Pro (126%) and XPS 15 (MacBook Pro), ZenBook Pro’s screen covers 122% of the sRGB gamut, so ordinary notebooks (111%) and Yoga 720 (114% 188% phenomenal one) was even more colorful. The Asus laptop measured the brightness of 271 nits with a photometer. This is better than the category average (266 nits), almost equal to yoga core (272 nits), but XPS 15 (282 nits) is bright, and MacBook Pro (460 nits) is a unique class is definite.

Graphics and Performance

ZenBook Pro has several muscles. Equipped with quad-core and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU with 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7-7700 HQ CPU, 4 GB VRAM, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD. Naturally, Chrome’s 30 tab contains an episode of “Daily Show with Trevor Noah.” ZenBook Pro copies the 4.97 GB file in just 12 seconds, or 424 MB / s.

The average was 244.6 MBps, Yoga 720 reached 267.9 MBps, reaching XPS 15 339.3 MBps. Again, the MacBook Pro is fast and delivers amazing 654 MBps. With ZenBook Pro’s 1050 Ti, this laptop can play games, but there is no VR. It performed Tomb Raider’s Rise with a high setting of 52 fps and an intermediate setting that exceeds the mainstream average (42 fps), Yoga 720 (39 fps) and XPS 15 (41 fps) scores.

Battery Life and Heat

ZenBook Pro lasted longer than usual notebooks, but you need to keep the charger close. Asus laptop has to withstand 7 hours 38 minutes on battery test and continually search the web via Wi-Fi. The average is 8:22, but XPS 15 (8:23), Yoga 720 (8:59) and MacBook Pro (10:59) all lasted longer than ZenBook Pro.

ZenBook remains cold during normal use. After streaming YouTube’s Full-HD video for 15 minutes, the bottom of the laptop was 81 degrees, the G and H keys were 80 degrees, and the touchpad was 76 degrees, far below the 95-degree comfort threshold.

Conclusion

Asus ZenBook Pro UX 550VE with a slim design and Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti is one of the most powerful regular laptops there (not several individual slot machines). But if you are a music addict who needs a great sound or a designer wanting a 4K screen, you need to look elsewhere. In general, ZenBook Pro is an excellent choice for creative professionals who need more horsepower.

Dell Inspiron 15 7000

A gaming rig suitable for VR can punch holes in your pocket, but that is not necessary. The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 laptop provides a robust performance of portfolio lightness and price. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 Max-Q GPU on this laptop can provide power games, and the VR experience and battery life will be much longer than competitors’ products. However, Dell’s display is superior to the traditional model but even worse than the competitor’s display; keyboard input is not fun. However, if you can overlook those mistakes, you get more for the price.

Design

Inspiron maintains a black, red design that is found in nearly all game notebooks, but you can get colorful things and colorful things, depending on the color you choose. The evaluation unit is a professional matte black model, with a red soft-touch lid with a clear Dell logo. The backrest with a series of vents is delivered in a straight gray plastic line. It is not as fun as this year’s Spiderweb accent.

The interior leaves the motif as it is. There are a black soft-touch deck, island-style keyboard with red lettering and backlight, and touchpad surrounded by a crimson edge. The power button is in the upper left corner, and it also functions as a fingerprint reader. Along the side, you can find all the necessary ports for peripheral devices and displays. On the left side, there are a noble lock, Ethernet connection, USB 3.0 port, SD card slot. On the right side, there is a headphone jack, USB 3.0 port, Thunderbolt 3 port, HDMI output.

Keyboard and TouchPad

There are two problems with the Inspiron keyboard. First one: This keyboard has only a stroke of only 1.2 millimeters, and a large start of 79 grams is required to press the key, so I noticed that the bottom is consistent. Typing is not a fun experience. Second, the keyboard is placed too far. I have this problem with most Dell Inspiron laptops (I like somewhat short trackpads). And when a shallow keyboard is attached to this arrangement, its experience is unpleasant.

The touchpad is 4.1 x 3.1 inches, beautifully spacious, but huge than a reasonable person. It’s not as beautiful as a metal or glass touchpad, so it’s accurate when tapping pinch-to-zoom or four fingers to access the Windows 10 action center.

Display

Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming The original model of the laptop had a bad screen. Dell improved the panel this time. Screens of 15.6 inches and 1080 p are not yet the best on the market, but switching to the IPS panel will result in more accurate colors and wider viewing angles. When I saw the trailer of Black Panther, the screen was sharp, and I could see all the complex designs of T’Challa’s suit, but Dora Milaje’s red clothes did not jump on the black wall of her ship Good screen.

Inspiron panels cover impressions of 70%, Strix (113%) and Predator (81%) of the sRGB color gamut lower than the standard average (111%). But the corps is only 68%; it is dull. In our colorimeter, the Inspiron screen was thinner than the average 233 nits, average (266 nits) and Strix screen (297 nits). However, Predator (226 nits) and Legion (220 nits) are even darker.

Graphics and Performance

Inspiron with 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-7300 U CPU, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD will also function as a game. On 30 open tabs, including Overwatch streaming from Twitch, the laptop showed no signs of delay. In Dell’s gaming notebook, it took 15 seconds to copy a 497 GB file at a speed of 337 megabytes/second. This is faster than the average 262 MBps, Strix (very slow speed of 32.2 MBps), Predator (188.5 Mbps). However, the corps is a little faster at 363.5 MBps.

Inspiron has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 and 6 GB VRAM of Max-Q design. It’s powerful enough to play games with high settings, but to get a smooth frame rate, you have to lower the background of some games. Although the Max-Q card enables quiet and slim laptops, it is less powerful than regular GTX 1060. Inspiron works with HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, but Dell’s laptop has the best VR experience I can not get it.

Battery Life and Heat

Some of Inspiron’s compromises are supplemented by the fact that it lasts much longer than most other game notebooks. It was run for 7 hours and 5 minutes on a battery test consisting of continuous Internet browsing via Wi-Fi. The usual average is 8:22, but this includes a series of computers without individual GPUs. Strix (3:32) and Legion (3:39) only took half of the stamina, but just the predator approached Inspiron at 6:48.

Inspiron is nice and cool during regular use. After streaming 15 minutes of HD video from YouTube, the bottom of the laptop was measured at 82 ° F, the center of the keyboard was 84 °, and the touchpad was only 77 °. It is much cooler than our comfortable threshold of 95 degrees. Of course, I’d like to keep my laptop on a table or desk during the game. Middle Earth: During the Shadow of War session, the touchpad rose to 82 degrees, the keyboard was intensely at 100 degrees, the bottom of the machine reached 113 degrees.

Conclusion

Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming has an enchanting keyboard and a screen that is as bright and colorless as competitors, but you are still smaller than GTX 1060 Max-Q GPU. Long battery life is not hurt. In general, Inspiron 15 7000 is one of the best value in budget games, can withstand the drawbacks.

There is a lighter business laptop with higher throughput, but the Lenovo ThinkPad T470 is excellent in the balance of portability and ease of use in today’s market. Design

The ThinkPad T470 has the beauty of a familiar and stylish love black rectangle ThinkPad and has a small twist. Lid, side, and bottom are characterized by luxurious soft-touch material that looks like the appearance of X1 Carbon in a slightly darker shade than the typical Lenovo ThinkPad. It is a pity that Lenovo did not use this material for the deck as it no longer had paint (or money). There, I felt comfortable with my wrist.

The laptop is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, but depending on whether the lid is to use full HD screen (better) or low-resolution display (bad), magnesium hybrid or plastic It is made of materials. On the left side of the T470 are Thunderbolt 3 port, USB 3.0 port, Lenovo’s old flat power connector. The system comes with Lenovo’s traditional 45 watt AC adapter. On the right side of the T470, there are two USB 3.0 ports, 3.5 mm audio jack, HDMI output, full-size Ethernet port, Kensington lock, SD card reader.

Keyboard and TouchPad

The only necessary typist is to purchase ThinkPad T470 for the keyboard. A rigorous type of laptop experience is the best on a laptop tested so far this year. The key has a vertical movement of 2 mm in depth (typically 1.5 – 2 mm), essentially 70 g requires operating force (55 – 60 is typical). The keyboard backlight is bright enough for both high brightness and low brightness.

As with almost all ThinkPads, the T470 has a TrackPoint pointing stick and a buttonless touchpad. I liked the track points and made it possible to navigate the desktop without having to let go of the row of houses. But if you do not like the pointing bar, I appreciate the 3.9 x 2.7-inch touchpad that instantly responded to standard Windows movements such as three-finger swipe and pinch-to-zoom, which is very accurate in my test I will. Right click and left click got the correct amount of feedback.

Display

The 14-inch 1920 x 1080 non-touch screen of the ThinkPad T470 provides vivid, vivid image quality and vivid images without sharpness. Thor: Looking at the trainer of Ragnarok, subtle details like Chris Hemsworth ‘s beard’ s hair and Jeff Goldblum ‘s forehead were pronounced. The colors such as the red of the hero’s cape and the green of the skin of Hulk are usually accurate, but not very active. Laptops can also be used on HD 1366 x 768 screens, but we strongly recommend using the 1080p panel we tested because we can place far more content on the screen.

According to our colorimeter, the T470 display can reproduce a reasonable 73% of the sRGB color gamut far below 111% of the average value of the 14-inch laptop category, but with the Dell Latitude 5480, It is almost the same as ThinkPad 13. B 9440 and ThinkPad X1 Carbon both generate screens with brightness over 100%. I think that the T470 display is a bit brighter and has a wider viewing angle.

It was more than indoors, but the color of the matte panel began to become thinner when moving to the left or right more than 45 degrees. This display registered 234 nits, category average 266 slightly below the instrument, registered ThinkPad 13 (243 nits), X1 carbon (275 nits), AsusPro B 9440 (291 nits). Nonetheless, the Dell Latitude 5480 is fairly thin and can only register 202 nits.

Graphics and Performance

The ThinkPad T470 is equipped with the 7th generation “Kaby Lake” Core i5 – 7200 U CPU, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB PCIe SSD, so it demonstrates sufficient performance to achieve strict productivity and heavy multitasking. The ThinkPad T470’s 256 GB PCIe SSD took only 19 seconds to copy a 4.97 GB file at a rate of 267.8 MBps. It is much faster than the category average of 196.8 MBps, including Latitude 5480 (137.5 MBps), ThinkPad X1 Carbon (242 MBps), ThinkPad 13 (73.8 MBps), and all competitors’ scores.

You can not expect AAA games with ThinkPad T470 Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU, but it’s fast enough to watch movies, edit photos, or use low-end titles. The laptop gained 62,912 points with 3D Mark Ice Storm Unlimited, a synthesis test measuring graphics technology. It is a bit under Latitude 5480 (73,623), AsusPro B 9440 (69,585), X1 Carbon (68,082).

Battery Life and Heat

Lenovo ‘s ThinkPad T470 is one of the world’ s most essential notebooks with an additional battery, and amazingly changed 17 hours and 25 minutes with battery testing (continuous surfing via Wi-Fi). It is more than double the category average (8:22) and AsusPro B 9440. It is also more convenient than ThinkPad 13 (9: 08), ThinkPad X1 Carbon (12: 21), Dell Latitude 5480 (11: 37). However, the T470 with 0.4 pounds lighter 3-cell battery demonstrated the modest performance of 8 hours and 39 minutes.

Conclusion

The ThinkPad T470 has a lot of love, from amazing battery life to comfortable keyboard, high-speed SSD, all kinds of ports. ThinkPad T470 is not a perfect laptop. The screen should be brighter and the palm rest must be a soft touch. However, ThinkPad T470 provides the best combination of performance, durability, flexibility, the durability of a business laptop.

ASUS ZenBook 13 UX331UN

Asus ZenBook 13 UX331UN is blue. Very blue. To be honest, it is the function he defines. It is a laptop with the robust performance of 8 generations Intel Core i5 CPU, 8 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce MX 150 GPU. But what you are good at is a shiny cobalt chassis that reflects the light in the right way. It also provides more than 9 hours on a single charge. Of course, the 256 GB SSD is not as fast as the competitor’s NVMe SSD and the webcam can be sharp. However, you can fall in love if you see how bluish this is.

Design

Everyone indicated that ZenBook 13 has low “wow”. And correctly, this laptop is undoubtedly beautiful. ZenBook is a dark blue color, and the enclosed logo mark holds the symbolic design of Asus, but something has been added here. Feeling like plastic There is a shiny layer on it, but it creates a beautiful and shiny glow. It’s like a cake with a perfect mirror glaze. Of course, it collects fingerprints faster than Boy Scouts gather merit decorations, but the way light shines on it is amazing.

When the laptop is open, you will see a 13.3-inch 1080p screen, a fairly thin edge, a marine aluminum chassis, an island-style keyboard, a fingerprint reader (fortunately not on the touchpad). On the left side of ZenBook, there is HDMI output, USB 3.0 port, Type-C port, and space for conventional ton charger. On the right side, there is a microSD card, headphone socket, and another USB 3.0 port.

Keyboard and TouchPad

You will think that the keyboard is too shallow as you need 1-millimeter movement and 68 grams force to press the key. Surprisingly, that is decent. Yes, I prefer a more profound key, but ZenBooks is nice and clickable, slightly better than Apple’s offering on MacBook. The 4.1 x 2.8-inch touchpad is spacious and responsive. Swipe with three fingers, scroll with two fingers and easily swipe the program to the taskbar.

Display

ZenBook’s screen is more than usable with decent color and many lights. Despite the high score, I say that I am superior to competing screens. When I saw the trailer of Deadpool 2, the hero’s costume was the perfect shadow of dark red, but the yellow criminal offense in prison was dull even against the gray background. And I think that I should be able to raise the brightness a little.

The screen covers 119% of the sRGB color gamut and is superior to the average of premium laptops. It is clearer than the category average (111%), Envy (106%), XPS 13 (117 nits), but it is less suggestive than 171 yoga. ZenBook is slightly above the scores of an average of 296 nits(average 266 nits), yoga (255 nits), Envy 13 t (248 nits). But it was much brighter than XPS 13 (372 nits).

Graphics and Performance

ZenBook 13 has Intel Core i5-8250 CPU, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SATA SSD, Nvidia GeForce MX 150 GPU. This is enough for multitasking. Google Chrome had more than 25 tabs, including those that streamed 1080p clips from the daily show along with YouTube’s Trevor Noah. Asus notebook copied the 4.97 GB file for 25 seconds and realized a speed of 203.6 megabytes per second.

The average speed of the premium laptop was 267.5 MBps, and all competing products were faster than Asus. Envy reached 212 MBps, Yoga 720 was 282 MBps, XPS 13 was the fastest at 339.2 MB / s. Nvidia’s MX 150 brings ZenBook to a state-of-the-art start on a graphical display. It operated at 114 frames per second with dirt 3, which is much smoother than (47 fps), Envy 13 t (48 fps), and Yoga 720 (56 fps).

Battery Life and Heat

Your ZenBook will be in charge for a while. It was run for 9 hours and 11 minutes on the battery test. In this test, we will continuously search websites, graphics tests, and videos over Wi-Fi at a brightness of 150 nits. It is higher than the premium laptop average (8:22) and yoga 720 (8:13), but the durability of Dell XPS 13 is over 11: 59.

You do not have to worry about ZenBook 13 getting overheated. It is nice and cool during our heat test. After streaming 15 minutes of HD video from YouTube, it was measured at 84 ° F on the touchpad, 88 ° between the G and H keys, and 91 ° at the bottom. 11 of those temperatures are far below the comfortable threshold of 95 degrees.

Conclusion

Asus ZenBook 13 UX331UN provides impressive design boasting superior performance, long battery life, double the dose with Starbucks. Therefore, ZenBook 13 is a good compromise for almost everyone. It’s less than $ 1000, but I wanted to make SSD faster and make the webcam clearer.

HP EliteBook 1040 G4

HP’s 14-inch EliteBook 1040 G4 is a business note with as much credibility at work. This is because vivid and vivid displays provide superior image quality and Bang & Olufsen’s adjusted speaker produces a solid sound. The sturdy quad-core model provides significant speed, and the dual-core (Intel U Series) model lasts over 10 hours under load. From good audio to active display, this laptop has a lot of love. However, some laptops offer better keyboard experience and longer battery life.

Design

When closed, the aluminum EliteBook 1040 G4 looks like a pair of extra silver wedges sitting on top of each other. Matte lids and decks are somewhat standard, but glossy reflective edges stand out. EliteBook splits the two Type-A USB 3 ports into left and right, and both Power-Drawing USB Type-C (3.1) ports are located on the right side of the HDMI 1.4 port. There is also a slot for laptop lock and headphone jack on the left side.

Keyboard and TouchPad

The EliteBook keyboard provided mixed experiences. The key was OK with a movement of 1.4 millimeters and the required operating force of 68 grams. Unlike these EliteBook keyboards, the Lenovo ThinkPad 25, ThinkPad T470p, and Dell Latitude 7380 have amazingly comfortable keyboards with stronger feedback and deep movement (about 1.5 mm, at least 60 grams). For example, T470p has a depth of 2.3 millimeters and requires an activation force of 74 grams. HP says that the keyboard has less punch feedback than competitors, to generate less type sound that can appeal to more users.

The EliteBook’s 4.3 x 2.5 touchpad was entered correctly when navigating to the screen. Also, I correctly recorded the navigation movements in Windows 10 and scrolled the web page with Chrome. Two ThinkPads have a nodule of track points, and you can navigate the desktop without having to take your hands off the row of houses.

Display

The EliteBook 1040’s 14-inch screen provides bright and vivid images. When I saw a teaser trailer of Avengers: Infinity War, I admired how to display the blue shine of Thanos body purple, golden armor, black panther spears. The 1920 x 1080 pixel panel is bright enough to reflect the complex shining pattern emitted by the Strange hand doctor.

According to our colorimeter, the two EliteBook 1040 models we tested produced 113% of the average RGB color gamut. It is better than the average of 111% for thin and light notebook PC and Lenovo’s ThinkPad 25 and T470p (69% ~ 77%), but it is less than 144% of Dell Latitude 7380.

For the two EliteBook 1040 models we tested, the brightness 278 and 292 for the 788HH and 7500U models were obtained, respectively. These brands outweigh the average of the Latitude 7380 (267 nits), ThinkPad 25 (221 nits), ThinkPad T470p (229 nits), and 266 nits category. It is clear enough for a considerable range of viewing angles because I saw the red cape of the doctor of Strange which is 30 degrees stronger to the left and right.

The EliteBook touch screen provides quick input recognition. This will help you figure out the task when you finish quickly with paint. Windows 10 gestures correctly recorded on the right and left side of the screen to navigate the window and open the side menu.

Graphics and Performance

Both configurations of the tested EliteBook 1040 G4 was equipped with the 1080p display, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of the solid-state drive, one with dual-core Core i7-7500U CPU and the other with more power A quad-core Core i7 – 7820 HQ. Both offer great multitasking, but quad-core processors have greatly improved overall performance. After testing both machines, even if you divide each screen between 1080p streaming YouTube videos and 12 Chrome tabs (including Giphy, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs) and then scroll down and move between tabs, Delay and delay were not seen.

The 512GB PCIe NVMe TLC SSD on the EliteBook 1040 G4 is fast, but the model with 7500U showed off at a copy speed of 282.7 MBps faster than the 7820 HQ model’s 231 MBps. Both speeds are 218.8 MBps in category average, 196 MBps for ThinkPad 25 (512 GB NVMe M.2 PCI – e SSD), but 299 MBps for both Latitude 7380 (256 GB SSD) and ThinkPad T470 P (256 GB) It is less than SSD).

EliteBook equipped with Intel’s 620 and 630 integrated graphics (for 7500 U and 7820 HQ respectively) have moderate thermal power for games. Both have performed Dirt 3 racing game (medium graphics, set to 1080p) at speeds exceeding the 30 frames per second playback threshold. However, the 720 U model 620 cards gained higher 63 fps, the 7820 HQ 630 card managed 34 fps. The average of the 47-fps category was between these two numbers, and ThinkPad T470p (25 fps) was far behind.

Battery Life and Heat

The EliteBook 1040 G4 provides a decently long life depending on the model. Intel’s HQ model uses a powerful 45 watt CPU and the U model uses a 15 watt CPU. The more efficient U model of EliteBook lasted 10 hours and 35 seconds in the battery test. This means continuous web surfing via Wi-Fi. The HQ model was more modest at 8: 7.

Doubling the average of the 8: 22 category between those twice, the Dell Latitude 7380 got even longer (10:46). Lenovo ThinkPad 25 was shortened to 6:52 on a three-cell battery, but in 6 cell batteries, it was 13:14 hours (optional upgrade of $ 139). Lenovo ThinkPad 25 is a special version of T470. I tested the usual T470 with a non-touch screen and six cell battery, and that time was amazing 17 hours 25 minutes.

The two configurations of HP Elitebook 1040 G2 were cool with all the tests. After 15 minutes of HD video streaming in both versions of the laptop, the heat gun recorded temperatures of the touchpad (76.5 and 82.5° F), keyboard (84.5, 91°), bottom (86.5° and 94 ) We maintained 95-degree comfort threshold. However, on the left side of the base of the HQ series, there was a small spot that reached 97 degrees.

Conclusion

Try the HP EliteBook 1040 G4 if you need a reliable business notebook with the right screen, reliable performance, and all-day battery life. When configured with quad-core HQ series processors, it delivers superior performance in a chassis weighing just 3.4 pounds. However, if not so much needed, the U series will achieve an excellent battery life of more than 10 hours.

Design

I usually find red and black color schemes on gaming laptops, but the appearance of Aspire VX 15 is subtle as I like. The lid is made of black plastic with a fake brushed aluminum pattern; there are a silver Acer logo and two red stripes. At the silver hinge is written “Aspire VX” and there are two red vents which look like transformers at home. When I lifted the lid, I found a 15.6-inch 1080p screen. An island-style keyboard with a numeric keypad. And the touchpad.

Here we have a little more red aisle, including the A, S, D, W key and the end of the touchpad. On the left side of the laptop, there is a lock, USB 2.0 port, SD card slot, headphone/microphone connection. On the right side, there are USB Type-C 3.1 port, USB 3.0 port pair, HDMI output, Ethernet connection.

Keyboard and TouchPad

The VX 15 keyboard is responsive and comfortable. Since you need to press the key with a movement of 1.6 mm and a force of 65 g, I noticed that the backlit key (red alone, here RGB none) achieved a stable balance and rarely go to the ground. The 4.1 x 3-inch touchpad is smooth and responsive, and it also supports the accurate movement of Windows 10. In addition to zooming and scrolling with two fingers, switch the application with three soft movements of fingers and tap with four fingers.

Display

The screen of 15.6 inches, 1080p of VX 15 is sharp, but the color is neutral and not alive. When I saw the latest trailer of Wonder Woman, Themyscira ‘s heaven and the sea appeared as two cyan, rather than two distinct and vivid blue colors. While she trained, the green grass that was stepped on by Diana was sharp (you could see the individual sheets) but it did not look lively and vivid.

The Aspire panel only reproduces 65% of the sRGB color gamut and is much lower than the 111% sRGB average. It is worse than Inspiron’s dull screen (67%), but Strix is much better (122%). To make it the top, the Aspire screen is relatively dull, and our photometer measures only 247 nits. It is lower than average (266 nits), Inspiron (253 nits), Strix (269 nits).

Graphics and Performance

Aspire VX 15 with 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-7300 HQ CPU, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB solid state drive is not gentle regarding performance. I had 40 tabs in Google Chrome, including those I streamed last week’s episode on YouTube’s 1080p, but I did not experience any delay. Aspire took 49 seconds to copy a 4.97 GB mixed media file averaging 49 seconds (1:10) and faster than Strix (0:54). Inspiron 15 is faster (0:48).

Aspire is equipped with NVIDIA GTX 1050 GPU with 4 GB VRAM. This is enough to play your favorite game at 1080p; it is not the best setting. I dismissed Battlefield 1 and hit the beach of Gallipoli with a high setting of 33 to 43 frames per second. When I moved the setting in, I achieved a more consistent 57 to 60 fps.

Battery Life and Heat

For game notebooks, Aspire VX 15 has robust durability. It took 7 hours, and 8 minutes for the battery test, we are continuing web surfing via Wi-Fi. The average of the categories is 8: 22, slightly higher. Strix was short (3:41), but Inspiron had better durability (11: 23).

During regular use, Aspire stayed cool in our test. After streaming HD video from YouTube for 15 minutes, Aspire has measured that the bottom face is 94 degrees F, the G and H keys are 88 degrees, and the touchpad is 79 degrees. But when I started Battlefield 1, my computer got warmer. When fighting to take the beach of Gallipoli, the bottom went up to 111 degrees and reached 105.5 degrees at the center of the keyboard, but the touchpad was cool at 81.5 degrees.

Conclusion

Acer Aspire VX 15 is a reliable, budget-friendly game notebook despite being inexpensive, but the corner cut to reach that price is rather troublesome. Screens are annoying, and there is not enough space to save lots of games until you send them a more expensive configuration, unless you send an installation kit and purchase another disc. However, the notebook for games takes a long time, there is a comfortable keyboard, and the appearance is clean. Generally, Aspire VX 15 is best when you need a gaming class budget class laptop.

For $999.99, you can use a thin laptop powered by a powerful 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor with Nvidia graphics and a bright and vivid display. However, sleeping voice and low gloss webcam can give you a pause.

Design

Aspire 5 is a visual upgrade of the other Acer laptop. The notebook is black, and the accent is silver. The Acer logo is on the wave of the ridge of the plastic chassis. The carved Aspire logo shines from a thin silver hinge like a masterpiece. Thanks to the solid hinge, you can bend the screen so that it is parallel to the deck. The port of Aspire 5 has enough variety to accommodate casual and strict business use.

In the case of security lock, Ethernet port, USB Type-C port, HDMI port, USB 3.0 port, SD memory reader, the leftmost port position is locked from the nearest to closest one. On the right side are the power input, the DVD-RW dual layer drive, the two USB 2.0 ports, and the headphone jack.

Keyboard and TouchPad

The Aspire 5 keyboard with numeric keypad is a refreshing matte finish. Dragging the key is 1.4 millimeters (1.5 mm is preferable) and it is slightly shorter, but it is fun to listen by pressing the key. It is regrettable that there is no backlight on the keyboard. The 4.2 x 3.1-inch touchpad is fluid and has a solid click. I recognized all the movements of the conventional Windows 10 correctly.

Display

On Aspire 5 ‘s 17.3 – inch screen, bright colors are displayed on the 1920 x 1080 matted IPS panel. Even looking at Penny Dreddle, which is known for vague lighting and a discreet color scheme, Ethan Chandler’s face looked bright and clear. The warm color of the sun defeats the lock of the hair above the head, breaking through the window of the character’s face stone cellar. I could not make these details hang on a smaller screen. While I was playing overshot by Hanzo, I showed details of the details of Widowmaker’s helmet so that a vast display could shoot me with card arrows, but eventually, I lacked skills was doing.

According to our colorimeter, Aspire 5 generates 114% of the sRGB gamut that matches the average (111%) of Inspiron 17 7000 and premium laptop, but to Acer Aspire E 15 (74%) I’ll win. The brightness of the 334 nits of Aspire 5 is far superior to the average (266 nits), and it has surpassed the competition. Inspiron 17 and Aspire E 15 broadcast only 240 and 200 nits.

Graphics and Performance

Quad-core 1.8 GHz Intel i7-8550 U processor, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD (1 TB 5400 RPM HDD and upgradeable storage as well) ensures that Aspire 5 performs dominant performance. I was late to open a new window when running Overwatch, Discord, Steam, and Google Chrome while Fortwite was installed in the background. Aspire 5’s 256 GB SSD replicated 4.96 GB of data in 35 seconds corresponding to a speed of 145 Mbyte / s. It is less than the category average of 279 MBps.

Although it is not necessarily a laptop for games, Aspire 5 ‘s NVIDIA GeForce MX 150 GPU has 2 GB of VRAM, so it runs overwatch smoothly at 57 – 60 frames / second with a low setting. Also, the DiRT 3 racing game also operated at a fairly high 136 fps, outperforming the premium notebook average of 64 fps and the Inspiron 17 of 114 fps. But this Acer struggled with a more stringent title like Rising of The Tomb Raider. I could not reproduce properly at 22 fps.

Battery Life and Heat

Acer Aspire 5 ‘s battery life is reasonable for 17 – inch large laptops, but it is not the entire working hours. The system lasted 6 hours and 41 minutes on the battery test. It is surfing the web with the screen brightness of continuous 150 nits. It is the same as the Inspiron 17 clocked 6 hours and 40 minutes, but it is apparently below the average of the premium laptop at 8:22. However, in the case of a desktop exchange system, this is on average about 4: 26 on average.

Aspire 5 has a pleasant stay. The fans are a bit more difficult, but the chassis is below the 95 Fahrenheit comfort threshold during the test. After streaming a 15-minute video with full HD, it turned out that the touchpad was 81 degrees and the center of the keyboard was 87 degrees. The temperature at the bottom of the laptop was 86 degrees.

Conclusion

Acer Aspire 5 is a reliable large screen system to complete the work. Get a 17-inch computer with compelling design, bright and lively display, overall performance using light game options. The only downside is the standard webcam and dull sound. Indeed, Acer Aspire 5 is an excellent multimedia laptop.

Asus VivoBook F510UA

ASUS VivoBook F510UA was released for Dell’s XPS and Lenovo’s Yoga laptop. VivoBook is a sophisticated and stylish laptop powered with enough configuration to provide hard fighting with rivals in the sector. However, the unique point of this laptop computer is its price. Computers are under 500 dollars, which is different from competitors.

Design

ASUS VivoBook F510UA is a new version of the previous VivoBook laptop version released by the company. This time, fashion and laptop were more elegant, stylish and stylish ASUS. The computer comes with a sharp gray brushed metal, glossy frame. The laptop is thick and narrow at the edge of the hinge. The design aspect of VivoBook that we think is primarily derived from the outdoor of Apple MacBook Air.

The placement of ports, trackpads, keyboards and other important parts is very similar to previous generations of VivoBook. Laptop computers are easy to carry around. As for the VivoBook ports and connection options, most laptops have a standard set of ports. All ports are evenly distributed on both sides of the notebook. This device has a USB 3.1 port and a USB 3.0 port, which enables faster, more reliable and efficient data transfer. It comes with two USB 2.0 ports for adding extra peripherals. It also includes HDMI, 3.5 mm audio jack and SD card, reader.

Keyboard and Touchpad

The keyboard of the VivoBook F510 provides a handy input method because the keys are slightly wide and hard. According to our test, the vertical stroke of the keyboard is 1.17 millimeters, 1.5 to 2 millimeters (usually 1.5 to 2 millimeters usually) is common (it is better). As a 15-inch laptop, Asus was able to find a space for its keyboard.

The 4.1 x 2.8-inch buttonless touchpad guaranteed accurate navigation around the desk, but the surface had too much friction on my taste. All multitouch movements, including three finger scans, worked perfectly, but the system often did not respond to late or pressure. The zoom delay was particularly troublesome in both Chrome browser and Windows Photo application. When trying to zoom a few times, the slow system finally took me to teleport.

Display

The Asus VivoBook F510UA comes with a dynamic 15.6 “IPS LED display. Regarding screen resolution, full HD screen with resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels is included. As mentioned earlier, the notebook’s WideView is even better. Thanks to the big screen, the wide viewing angle of this machine will be great. ASUS’s proprietary Splendid visual optimization technology is installed on the laptop, and it automatically provides the user with the optimum image for all types of content.

The laptop has a built-in unique function, pre-installed with screen modes such as normal, eye care, vivid, manual, etc. that are user-selectable and accessible and active. The video on the screen is a visual pleasure using the ASUS Tru 2 Life video technology which improves the viewing experience of the movie on this notebook. The display of this device is equipped with an intelligent sensor set that optimizes important visual parameters such as brightness, contrast, sharpness, the hue of each pixel, and generates vivid and clear images.

Graphics and Performance

The Asus VivoBook F510UA notebook offers a robust interior set and is a powerful device on paper. Let’s see what the laptop offers. Under the bonnet, the notebook is equipped with the latest 8th generation latest Intel Core i5-8250U processor. The processor is set to 1.6 GHz by default, but in turbo mode, you can click up to 3.4 GHz. 8 GB DDR4 RAM handles multitasking and applications on the device.

The storage service on the laptop is supported by 1 TB hard disk. This represents a large amount of storage, but it is behind the SSD regarding speed and efficiency of data transfer. Laptops are expected to come with SSD storage, which can be a fatal combination for laptops under $500.

A built-in graphics card is included in the laptop, and no additional GPU is included. The laptop is quiet and provides decent graphics performance. In other words, because laptops do not have a specific graphics processor, games on the device may not be suitable for hardcore players. But fortunately, thanks to Intel’s integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics, we can handle small to medium sized games.

Battery life and Heat

ASUS VivoBook F510UA was one of the first laptops tested. It belongs to the 8th generation Intel core processor, and we have to say that the chipset is very efficient and robust. The laptop provides reliable battery backup and will probably work with most of the competitors in the segment.

With one charge, the laptop can be used for about 5 to 6 hours without interruption. The battery type of this laptop is lithium ion, and the last comment on battery life is as follows: “The laptop has not failed on battery life” Most people have correct specifications at this price range, and It does not provide battery life. Since the laptop only registered 88 degrees Fahrenheit, it was cool during our test.

Conclusion

Not all notebooks on the market have the latest 8th generation Intel core processor and good battery life. Even if there is it, there is not as much polish and reliability as notebook PC ASUS VivoBook F510UA. Also, the price of this notebook will be one of the best offers currently available on the market. Sans, you are not looking for a gaming laptop.
