The larger timer takes 30 seconds of each exercise, while the smaller timer counts the total workout you specified in the first step. There is a break of 30 seconds between each exercise. You can skip an exercise if you don’t feel comfortable with it or can’t. Sworkit is flexible enough to allow you to pause and restart as needed and also use Start Over button to go back to the beginning and choose a different workout.
