  • Open the Settings app in Windows 11 and go to the “Power and Battery” section under the System tab.
  • Under Battery Settings, expand the “Battery Usage” section by clicking on it. You will find the battery usage option below the “Battery Saver” controls.
  • Here, you will see a graph that shows your PC’s battery usage for the last 24 hours. You can hover over the individual bars to see the exact battery percentage during a specific time. Just below the graph you will find the screen on, the screen off and the total sleep time.
  • You can also view the average screen on, off and sleep time of the last seven days on this page. Switch to the “Last 7 days” option from the drop-down menu on the right side of the “Battery Levels” heading to access your average usage.
