There are two ways to specify the workbook data to be printed: specifying the print area and customizing the page breaks. If you define a print area in Excel, only that area will be printed. Set the print area

  • Select the cells you want to print.
  • Click the Page Layout tab.
  • Click on the print area button.
  • Select Set Print Area.
  • A dark gray border appears around the print area. When you print, only cells within that range appear on the page.
