  • An Insert Business Card dialog will open, select the name of the contact you are looking for from the list and click OK.
  • The business card will appear in the message window.

  • Start Outlook.

    Once the New Email window opens, click Attach File button in the Include group.

    From the drop-down list, hover over Attach File, then hover over Business Card.
