Visit the LiveMinutes home page a few minutes before you plan to host a meeting. If you are in a hurry, you can click Share statistics button to start your web conference, but if you want to save your work for later use, sign up, it hardly takes any time.
Once you start a conference, you will be given your unique meeting URL. You should now share it with all your contacts you need to invite to the meeting. Don’t forget to click on Become a member now button to start the meeting before you start inviting someone.
Each user who joins the meeting will be prompted to log in. If the person does not have an account on LiveMinutes, they can create an account before joining or simply provide a temporary alias to start the meeting.

You can also use Google Image Search to import images.
Everything in LiveMinutes is displayed in real time. For example, if a person starts scribbling on a white board, it will be displayed in real time on the screen of every employee in the meeting. Also, any member can see the mouse pointer of any other individual present in the meeting.
If you find LiveMinutes’ video conferencing a bit boring, you can always switch to Skype from the web app itself. Again if your data connectivity speed can’t handle it up with all live streaming, you can always use the conventional text-based chat to communicate with your employees.
