The notification colors are usually represented by the circular LED light which is normally located in the top left corner of your Samsung Galaxy device. The LED indicator can display different colors such as red, blue and green.

These LED indicator colors are for use by the standard features and notifications on your Galaxy Note 9. Blue, red and green on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9

  2. Blinking blue light: this means that there is an invisible notification, such as a message or a missed call. It may also blink when you are making a voice recording.
  3. Constant red light: you must have connected the device to the charger and it is now charging.
