BSoD is a STOP message that you may encounter when starting your computer.  0x0000007B refers to INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.  It is mainly caused by device driver issues.  (Hard disk, RAM error, etc.) means that the computer cannot access the hard disk where the boot records are stored. Restart the computer and wait for the screen with the manufacturer's logo to pass.

Repeatedly press F8 (or another button/button combination) as soon as the logo disappears.

Choose the Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced) option in the Advanced Boot Options window.

### Run a full virus scan

You may encounter BSOD 0x0000007B when your computer is infected with a boot sector virus, so you can run a virus scan on your computer to get rid of the error.  Here's a quick guide in how to do it:

Boot your computer in safe mode and then launch third-party antivirus software.  And you should make sure your antivirus software is up Until the present date.
