Valheim is a popular open world exploration game designed to discover what the fictional sandbox has to offer and survive in this world. Press Windows + R.

Type “DxDiag” and click OK.

Once the DirectX diagnostic tool has loaded, select the View tab.

Your video card name and manufacturer will be seen in the Device section and you can see the current driver version.

Go to the manufacturer's website and get the latest driver.

### Local Data

If you can't find any faults with the drivers or anything else, check your games' local data.  You can do this with a file cache integrity check.

Launch Steam

Right click on Valheim and select Properties from the menu.
