## How to receive Android notifications on Oculus Quest 2 - Guide

While you previously had to pull out Oculus Quest 2 for review, an update now lets you mirror iPhone notifications and view them in VR so you can quickly review and get back to the action.

Although it was initially exclusive to iPhone users, Oculus has released an update that provides functionality for Android users.  So as long as you have an iPhone or Android and an Oculus Quest 2, you can see your notifications in VR like this.

## How to    get Android notifications in Oculus Quest 2

Per up notifications on your phone:

Open the Oculus app on your Phone and tap Devices.

Touch Phone Notifications and tap Continue.

Confirm the code in your phone is the same as the code shown on the headset.

Tap Pair and Allow.

Touch Phone Notifications in VR.

To edit the settings on your phone:

Open the Oculus app on your phone, tap Devices.

Touch Phone Notifications.

To edit settings in VR:

Navigate to Settings.

Tap Notifications and select Phone Notifications.

From here, you can see when and what notifications you will receive when in VR.

to see your phone notifications feed:

Put the headset on and press the Oculus button button to open the Universal menu.

Select the bell.

Select Phone.

If you have multiple users on your VR device, your phone notifications will not be visible to any other account holder connected to the headset.

If you share your headset with someone else using your account, you can prevent them from seeing your phone notifications by disabling the phone Notifications feature in the Oculus app or in the headset settings.
