Best of all, you can send money directly to someone's bank account, even if the recipient isn't on Google Pay, with no fees.

This super simple payment gateway app makes sending payments as easy as a few taps on the screen.  Once you've downloaded the Google Pay app on your iPhone or Android device, please take a minute to add your bank and credit card details, if you have one.  Google has revamped Google Pay in final 2020 with a number of new features but one that has been around for a while is the ability to send money to people.

## How to    send money to someone with Google Pay

Open the Google Pay app on your iPhone or Android device and tap the icon button at the bottom that says "Send or Request".

Enter email or phone intended recipient number or select their name from your contacts.

Enter the amount of money you want to send.

Tap “Send” and the funds will be transferred.

Please note that you must add a bank account or debit card to send money to individuals, but you can only shop online with a credit card linked to the account.

Also, if the recipient you're sending money to doesn't already use Google Pay, they have 14 days to create an account and request payment, otherwise it will be returned to you.
