## How to Set Up and Use Photoshop’s Quick Export - Guide

Adobe Photoshop is a raster graphics editor developed and published by Adobe Inc. for Windows and macOS.  It was originally created in 1988 by Thomas and John Knoll.  Since then, the software has become the industry standard not just for editing raster graphics, but digital art as a whole. Saving a Photoshop file using Quick Export takes just a few clicks.  See How to do this:

Open the File menu.

Click Export > Quick Export as PNG.

Select where you want to save the file.

Click Save.

Photoshop will save a full resolution flattened PNG.

## How to    Customize Quick Export in Photoshop

To change the default settings, open the File menu and click Export > Export Preferences.  Here are the options you can configure:

Quick Export Format: You can save images as PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG.  You can also change the quality.  Choosing the right format depends on what you're editing.  For photos, JPG may be the right choice, for logos, PNG is more suitable.

Quick Export Location: If you want a save dialog to appear up always, select Ask where to export each time.  The option Export files to an assets folder next to the current document will automatically save your file in a newly created folder.

Quick Export Metadata: If you plan to share your photos or designs on the Internet, please check Copyright and Contact Information.  Otherwise, select None.

Color space: If you don't have advanced knowledge about color profiles, it's best to leave the box checked.
