Today, in this article, we are going to show you ways to **Install FortiClient VPN on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.**To give your customers secure, effective, reliable and fast access to business networks and applications from virtually any distant PC with an Internet connection, FortiClient uses SSL VPN and IPSec. FortiClient's built-in auto connect and alwaysup VPN functions improve remote user experience. A security program called FortiClient is designed to lessen your computer's susceptibility.

The tool manufacturer claims it includes features including WAN optimization, two-factor authentication and malware prevention. However, the FortiClient UI simply has a tab where you can set up a VPN connection for remote access and a vulnerability scan button. Vulnerability scanning lets you know, for example, if a program is out of date and so vulnerable to attacks that it needs a quick update.

Using SSL VPN “Tunnel Mode” or IPSec connections, the free FortiClient VPN app allows you to establish a secure virtual private network (VPN) connection between your machine or device and the FortiGate Firewall. Your connections are completely encrypted and the secure tunnel will be used to send all your traffic. We have mentioned below the steps to install FortiClient VPN on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
