Step 2. Here type gpedit.msc and hit enter to open Local Group Policy Editor.

Step 3. Here go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates >Network > QoS Packet Scheduler > Limit reservable bandwidth and open it.

Step 4. Here you see a message like below…

“If you disable this setting or don’t configure it, the system uses the default worth of 80% of the connection.”

Step 5. Now click on the Enabled button and change the bandwidth limit 80 to 0.

Step 6. That’s it!
