Samsung Galaxy Note 10: What To Expect From The Launch Event

Samsung is ready to launch its new Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ smartphones later today. The South Korean consumer electronics giant is organizing a press event in New York, where the company offers the first official look at the two phones. Although Samsung is quite silent about the phones, they have leaked in detail in recent months. There is hardly anything left for the company to reveal at the event that has not yet been dissected by the technical media. In addition to the two phones, there is a chance that the company will unveil it’s Galaxy Book S laptop.

Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event starts today at 4:00 PM EDT (1:30 AM IST, August 8) and the company will stream it live on its website. As mentioned, Samsung will unveil the new Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ smartphones later today during the event. Galaxy Note 10 Expected Specifications

Thanks to the leaks and rumors so far, we have a pretty good idea of ​​what we can expect from Samsung Galaxy Note 10. The smartphone works on Android 9 Pie with the company’s One UI on top. The phone is expected to have a 6.3-inch full-HD + (1080×2280 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED screen. It is powered by octa-core Exynos 9825 SoC or Snapdragon 855 SoC, depending on the market. North America will probably get the Snapdragon version, while the rest of the world will get the Exynos 9825 version.

Other specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 include a battery of 3500 mAh, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage on board. In terms of image capabilities, the phone is likely to have a triple rear camera arrangement with a primary 12-megapixel sensor with two pixels, a 16-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens. There will also be a 10-megapixel selfie camera at the front, as part of the hole punch design.

Rumors indicate that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 price will start at USD 1100.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ shares many specifications with the Galaxy Note 10. Regarding the differences, you get a 6.8-inch Quad-HD + (1440×3040 pixel) Dynamic AMOLED screen, 4,300 mAh battery, and 12 GB RAM. Other important specifications of the phone are the same as the Galaxy Note 10+. The Galaxy Note 10+ 5G variant also has the same specifications with extra support for 5G.

Samsung Galaxy Book S

Not much is known about the Galaxy Book S laptop at the moment, but rumors indicate that it may be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, combined with 8 GB of RAM. A USB Type-C port is also seen in the leaked view of the laptop.
