Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra reported to Come With 120Hz Display and Snapdragon 865

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series has been part of the rumor mill for quite some time, and earlier reports suggest that it will be launched in August. A tipster now claims that the ‘Ultra’ variant of the Galaxy Note 20 will contain an LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has also been tipped to come with a “new camera function” and a “new S Pen”.

The tipster has also shared the supposed live photos of the phone’s front panel that seem identical to those of the Galaxy Note 10+, launched in August 2019. The development was shared on Friday by the tipster who carries the name Ice Universe on Twitter. According to the Twitter post, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be powered by the unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC.

The post adds that the phone will come with a new S Pen along with the latest “features”. As said, the tipster claims that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra variant will have an LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. Finally, the tipster’s latest Twitter post contains the supposed live pictures of the front panel of the phone but does not show the back. It is said that the phone will have a new “camera function”, unfortunately, the details are not known.

In particular, the same informant had suggested last week that the vanilla Galaxy Note 20 will come with 60Hz full-HD flat screens and “wide frames”. Previous reports have indicated that the series will also include Galaxy Note 20+. Recently it was tipped that the Galaxy Note 20 series will come in black, copper, white/grey, and mint green. All three models are expected to see differences in camera and battery.

Samsung will probably unveil the next-generation Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 and the 5G variant Samsung Galaxy Z Flip together with the Galaxy Note 20 series on August 5 via an online event.
