A pair of recent reports indicates that this year could bring the first iPhones to offer Apple Pencil support. After updating the iPad to $329, of 2021 to work with the $99 accessory earlier this year, is this something you would find useful on the of 2021 iPhones? at 5.8 or 6.5 inches? The speculation on the Apple Pencil stands for iPhone has been around for years. After Tim Cook accidentally referenced the use of Apple Pencil with the iPhone of 2021 before the launch of the iPhone 7/7 Plus, technical assistance was coming with these devices.
Since then, we have seen many patents on the use of the iPhone with the accessory, and a report on the possibility of an Apple pencil of smaller size.
The Galaxy Note series from Samsung has offered a built-in stylus since the first generation launched in 2011 with a 5.3-inch display. The latest version of the company, Note 9, features a 6.4-inch screen with an updated S Pen that can also be used to take pictures and control presentations. Samsung has even used the current lack of Apple Pencil support on iPhone as a material for its Ingenius ad series. But while Samsung includes the S Pen with its note devices, the latest reports have not mentioned anything about the inclusion of the Apple pencil with the 5.8 or 6.5 inch OLED models that support it. While this may encourage more users to own a compatible iPad to recover the $100 accessory, it is unlikely that users will adopt Apple Pencil only on iPhone. Especially when you can get a basic stylus with a good tip at $11. But, of course, there is still the existing Apple Pencil user base that can find valuable support.
And you? Whether you already use an Apple Pencil with an iPad or not, is the iPhone’s support for the stylus something you would use? Let us know in the comments section below!
