Google Cloud has announced a new tool to help administrators better understand how organizations use G Suite on Tuesday. The Work Insights tool provided in the beta provides information on how the G suite is deployed at the team level and grouped by more than 10 people.
In the blog, Google introduced Work Insights as a useful tool for digital conversion companies. As the team migrates from traditional tools to G Suite, Work Insights help administrators track the progress of deployment
In addition, Work Insights provides information on team collaboration. Administrators can use Excel to find out what percentage of the sales team is collaborating with the marketing team and whether this collaboration is taking place in meetings and collaborative documents.
Google also announced Tuesday the general availability of investigation tools at the G Suite Security Center. The security center introduced earlier this year provides a dashboard to monitor security metrics. The survey tool adds integrated modifications to available prevention and detection functions. Administrators can easily extend correspondence to incidents across domains.
