Google Photos has tested a new editing feature, here#039;s what it does

Google introduced the "color pop" feature in the Google Photos app at the Google Photos 2018 Developer Conference in May. This feature was tested with specific users in the weeks after deployment, but I never saw a wider deployment. It seems that the company has started testing again with a new function that will bring about effect. "Bokeh"

A new "Bokeh" effect function was discovered by one of the users. We also released a screenshot on the Google+ profile. New editing tools can be viewed with the photo application while editing images. The "color pop" function is one of the functions of the wizard tab. The Bokeh function blurs the background while focusing on the highlighted subject as its name indicates. You can also change the focus and intensity. As explained in the Android font, this function is applied to ordinary shot images and does not apply to images clicked with the depth effect.

As these two functions reach more customers, it is still visible.

As mentioned above, the "color pop" function raises the saturation and brightness of the subject's color and converts the rest to black and white. For those who do not know, the new "color pop" feature of Google Photos uses AI to recognize the subject of the image. Some users added that the feature will be automatically displayed as a styled photo in the photo app when testing was done in May this year.

In IO 2018, Google also installed "one-tap action" that users can brightly edit, edit images easily by sharing, rotating, and arranging. In the Google Photos Partner program, we provided developers tools to support Google Photos in their applications. In other words, you can find photos, upload images to the photo library, organize albums, and use shared albums from third party applications.
