What makes me even happier is that now the YouTube TV FireStick app is also officially available in the Amazon App Store. You can install and use the YouTube TV app anywhere in the United States on FireStick.

How to Install official YouTube on Amazon FireStick

Important!!! If you have an unofficial third-party version of YouTube on FireStick, make sure you delete it first before installing this official version

As I said, YouTube app is now officially on FireStick and you can quickly install it from the Amazon Store. Here are the steps:

1: Power up your FireStick and wait for the home window to load up

On the home window, go to the upper-left corner and select the search option (the lens icon)

2: Now type the name of the YouTube app

When the app appears in search results, click it

3: Click the YouTube app in the list of apps that appear in the next window

4: Click Add if this is the first time you install the app

If you’ve installed the app before, click Download

5: Wait while the app is downloaded and installed on your device. It may take a while or a little more

6. Click Open to run YouTube. You later perform Your apps and channels

Prepare YouTube Fire Stick app

Now that you’ve installed the app, you’ll want to start using it right away. Well, there are a few things we need to do to get the app ready to get you the YouTube videos on FireStick. It won’t be long.

Bring the YouTube app icon to FireStick Start

#4. Click the ‘Options’ button on your remote control and select ‘Move’ from the popup that appears at the bottom right of the screen

#5. Now you can move the YouTube app icon wherever you want. Move it anywhere in the top row so it appears on your FireStick home Screen

Press ‘Select’ button to drop the icon and place it in the desired place

Go back to the FireStick home screen and you’ll see the YouTube app there

Go use YouTube!

When you run the app for the first time, Sign up window is displayed. Although signing up is optional, I would still recommend you do it. Unblocks all restricted content and lets you see all your existing subscriptions, playlists, and history associated with your Google IDh that you use with YouTube.

You also click on Use YouTube sign-out. You’ll still be able to view a lot of content. If you sign in later, go to the Accounts section in the left menu and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.

– The next window appears with the sign-in code

– On your computer or phone, go to youtube.com/activate

Please enter the login code.

Sign in with your Google ID if you’re not already signed in

YouTube TV is the live TV segment of YouTube. It provides access to a range of satellite channels, including ESPN, Fox, CBS, and more. The official arrival of YouTube TV on FireStick was long awaited. Finally the wait is over and YouTube TV is now an official app in the Amazon Store.

I’m now going to take you through the steps to install the official YouTube TV app on Amazon Store FireStick (Method 1 below). At the same time, I also have alternative methods to get this app (Method 2 and Method 3).

If you install the YouTube TV FireStick app from the Amazon Store, you don’t have to follow the alternative methods.

• Method 1 (Primary): Install the official YouTube TV FireStick app via Amazon Store
• Method 2: Install a third-party Live YouTube TV app on FireStick
• Method 3: Access YouTube TV via a FireStick browser

Method 1 (Primary): Officially install YouTube TV on FireStick from Amazon Store

YouTube TV is now officially available on FireStick and you download it from the Amazon Store if you live in the United States. Live TV streaming via the YouTube TV app is not supported outside the US.

To open YouTube TV outside the US, see the following section (method 2)

These are the steps to download YouTube TV on Fire TV from amazon store:

1: From the home Screen of the FireStick/Fire TV Search Option

Navigate to the upper-left corner and select the lens icon

2: Look up For YouTube TV by typing in the name of the app

When it appears in search results, click YouTube TV

3: Select the YouTube TV Icon in the next window

4: Click now Add if this is the first time you download YouTube TV on your FireStick

If you’ve downloaded and installed the app before, click the Download option (which you see instead of Get)

5: Wait while the YouTube TV app is downloaded

6: Click Open and run the app

Method 2: Install third-party Live YouTube TV app on FireStick

Note: This is a third-party app. It worked just as well as the original YouTube TV app when we tested it. However, we cannot guarantee that it will continue to work. If you are experiencing problems, please let us know via the comments below.

Note: Skip this section if you’ve already installed YouTube TV on Amazon FireStick using the first method

If you want to download the YouTube TV FireStick app outside the US, you can get this MOT from third parties. If you already have a YouTube TV subscription, you can use this app outside the US with a VPN. To subscribe to YouTube TV services, you still have a U.S.-issued credit card or a Paypal ACCount with the American profile needed.

Here’s how to install and use YouTube TV on FireStick:

8- Open the Downloader App

If you see clues, remove them

Click the Home tab in the left menu

Click the text box with https:// on the right

9- Enter the following URL when this pop-up keyboard appears on the screen: https://www.firesticktricks.com/ytv

OR, in fact you also use the shorter version of the URL firesticktricks.com/ytv

Click Go

10- Wait for the YouTube TV APK to download

11- Click Install when it appears promptly after youTube TV APK is downloaded

12- When the YouTube TV app is installed, click OPEN and get started

I say we click Done now and delete the YouTube TV MOT file. We will open the app later

13- If you clicked ABOVE, click Remove on this prompt

14- Click Remove option one more time

15- Now close the Downloader app and go back to the home screen of your FireStick

Select the second row on the home screen titled Your apps and channels

Move left and click View all

Note: See All option will only appear if more than 20 apps are installed on FireStick. If you don’t see this option, navigate your apps and channels row to the right and click the Live YouTube TV app

16- Navigate to the last row in this list of apps

Click YouTube TV app (displays ‘Live’ in logo)

17- If you prefer to move the app to the home FireStick screen for quick and easy access, press the menu button on your Amazon Fire TV remote (the button that has 3 lines). Click Move in the pop-up window on your TV (lower right corner). Move and place the app in the first row

18- Choose the resolution you want on the next screen

I go with the standard 1080p

19- Click Allow when it appears promptly

20- Click Sign up log in to your YouTube TV account

Click FREE TRY IF you don’t have an account and want to test the YouTube TV service

21- The next window shows an activation code

According to the instructions on your TV screen, go to tv.youtube.com/start on your computer or mobile

Sign in to your Google account where you have the YouTube TV subscription

Enter the code on the FireStick screen in your browser

Method 3: Access YouTube TV via a FireSick browser

You also use the Silk Browser to access YouTube TV on FireStick. This browser is pre-installed with FireStick. In case you deleted it, here’s how to download the browser and tune it to YouTube TV:

1. From the FireStick homescreen, select Search (lens icon) in the upper-left corner2. Type “Silk Browser” (without quotation marks)3. Click “Silk Browser” in search results4.
