- The relevant drivers installed on your computer.
- USB Debugging enabled.

- Download Android Marshmallow for your Nexus and unpack it in the ADB Tools folder: Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7 (2013) Wi-Fi, Nexus 7 (2013) Mobile, Nexus 9 (Wi-Fi), Nexus 9 (LTE), Nexus Player
- An unlocked bootloader
Step 1. First of all, turn off your Nexus.

Step 2. Now press and hold Power and down volume button to restart the device into the Bootloader mode.
Step 3. Now, connect your Nexus device to PC via USB cable and check USB debugging is enable.
Step 4. Now open Windows Explorer and search the downloaded firmware to the ADB tool folder.
Step 5. Click on the flash-all-bat file and wait.
Step 6. Now your Nexus will reboot and will be moving to Android Marshmallow. If it doesn’t go to troubleshoot.
