Enable Unread Emails Folder On iPhone
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Next, tap on Mailboxes, from the upper left corner of your screen
- On the Mailboxes screen, tap on Edit from the top-right corner of your screen.
- On the next screen, tap on Unread. – This will put a check mark in the little circle next to Unread
- Next, tap on Done from the top right corner of your screen
- Once you tap on Done (in step 5 above), you will be back on the Mailboxes screen where you will find the newly enabled “Unread” Mailbox
- Simply, tap on Unread to see all the Unread Email Messages received on your iPhone

For some reason, you do not have Inbox selected for your mail account, you have Unread selected. That is why you are only seeing unread emails. Select the Inbox if you only have one account, or you can select All Inboxes.
