Huawei Adds 13 Devices To The Android 9 Pie beta Program

Huawei announced a few months ago that nine smartphones will be upgraded to Android 9 Pie by the end of the year. Some of them have already received the update, while others are still part of Huawei's Android 9 Pie Beta program.

Here are the first nine smartphones that Huawei promised in the first deployment phase for Android 9 Pie:

Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Design Porsche, Huawei Mate 10 Pro, Huawei Companion RS Design, Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Pro, Honor 10 (Honor View 10), Honor V10 and Honor Play.

Today, the Chinese company has announced that it has decided to expand its Android 9 Pie beta program by no fewer than 13 phones and tablets. The beta versions will initially be available in China, but also gradually introduced in Europe.

Here is the second wave of devices that Huawei plans to update for Android 9: Huawei Mate 9, Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, Huawei Mate 9 Pro, Huawei P10, Huawei P10 Plus, Huawei Nova 3, Huawei Nova 2S, Honor 10 Note, Honor V9, Huawei MediaPad M5 8.4, Huawei MediaPad M5 8.8 and Huawei MediaPad M5 Pro 10.8.
