Huawei Honor 8 Pro Specifications
Huawei Honor 8 Pro Overview
The Huawei Honor 8 Pro brings you a lot of ability &capabilities you’d anticipate of a high-end flagship phone, but UK cost of £474 (direct from Huawei), it comes in economic than most other premium handsets. That converts to roughly $610 or AU$820, but there’s no word yet on the US or Australian availability.
Let’s begin with the all-metal body, which most phones now sport. My review model has an attractive fresh blue finish, with glass that curves gently on the sides. There’s an accurate fingerprint scanner positioned on the back that’s easy to reach once you pick up the phone.
The display 5.7-inch, 2,560×1,440-pixel that’s pin-sharp and kicks out incredibly rich vivid colors. That’s the same screen resolution you may find on the lot pricier Galaxy S8 and Google Pixel XL. Diving under, the highly powerful octa-core processor easily handles the difficult gameplay in Riptide GP; Renegade and photo editing in Snapseed. There is a hearty 64GB of storage also and, sure, you can expand that with a microSD card, up to 128GB in size.
There are two 12 MP cameras on the back, with one capturing in color and the other in black &white — it’s a similar setup to what you may see on Huawei’s P10.
The Honor’s color shots have a lot higher contrast and fullness than the Galaxy S8’s, which may make them look a little unnatural. If you’d like probably the most accurate lighting and color in your pictures, go for the S8. However, the Honor will go well with you well if you’d like punchy snaps from the beach to share with your friends immediately.
