iOS 12.1 Is All Set To Launch With New beta

The public version of iOS 12.1 could finally interest us. Following the release of the fourth beta last week, Apple released the fifth beta release of today's major software update.

It appears that the company has fixed some final bugs before releasing the iPhone XR.

Registered developers can now download iOS 12.1 beta 5, tvOS 12.1 beta 5 and OS 5.1 beta 5 from Apple's online development portal. iOS 12.1 Beta 5 can also be installed as a radio update if the previous beta version is installed.

New features iOS 12.1

iOS 12.1 brings a wealth of new features, including the FaceTime group and more than 70 new emoji. It also offers dual SIM support and real-time depth control for iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. ESIM support will be available only in the United States at AT; T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

With the release of the iPhone XR on Friday, we expect Apple to release iOS 12.1 the same day.
