After an hour and a half downtime on Apple Retail's busiest day, the company has decided to rebuild the POS system in the store, they do so.
The first report of the problem, AppleInsider Just before 4 p.m. Eastern time. We were told that the customer was asked to refund the prepaid reservation and purchase the device.
Social media on the Internet met people who complain that the pre-orders system is not fully functional. Spot check AppleInsider In places cited by social media, unspecified and temporary problems were confirmed.
Some stores reported a complete blockage of the POS system and in other stores it was shown that only the aspects of Apple's pre-order and upgrade program are not working.
This responsibility touches most of the Apple Store. AppleInsider I can not find stores that are not affected by the problem. The system was born around 17:00. Eastern time.
Apple has not yet answered our question about the situation.
I am in the Apple store in Stone Town, San Francisco. They said it is down 45 minutes on the system scale and there is no estimate of downtime.
