With just 2 days to go until Samsung eventually unveils its next-generation flagship phone, it seems like we already know everything about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. We know it will look just like Galaxy Note 8 from previous years, but with slightly thinner edges above and below the beautiful Infinity display of the phone. We know that it will contain improved specifications compared to the Galaxy Note 8, including just about all components in the Galaxy S9 + from Samsung.
Just before the launch, a new leak came online that reveals the price of the device. Tipster Roland Quandt has revealed that the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128GB version will be 900 euros, while the 512GB version costs 1100 euros. On the other hand, in the US, the 128GB version and the 512GB variant will cost $950 and $1,150, respectively. The leaked prices indicate that the Galaxy Note 9 will be more expensive compared to the Galaxy Note 8.
According to earlier rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would be a bit bigger this time with a 6.4-inch display. In the past year, Galaxy Note 8 launched a 6.3-inch Infinity Edge display. The leaks also reveal that the fingerprint sensor will now be placed under the dual camera setup. The repositioning of the fingerprint sensor prevents the lens of the camera from being inadvertently touched.
The Galaxy Note 9 is supposed to come in three variants – 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory and 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory. Also, there will also be a microSD card support to increase the storage capacity further. It is said that the device is supported by a 4000mAh battery, which promises to offer 2 days of spare battery and 25 hours of continuous video playback.
Apart from this, it is also expected that the new S Pen comes with Bluetooth support, allowing users to utilize the S Pen to control music playback and also acts as a self-timer for the camera.
