Perenio Ionic Shield PEWOW01 has undergone a number of diagnostic tests and clinical evaluations. The product is registered as an active non-invasive class I medical device for use in the EU and the UK. Sales of the device will start in the European Union in June 2021. The price with a capsule for protection from Covid is 299 euros. The technology embedded in the innovative device creates a stable ionic substance that generates enough energy to emit complex ion groups in the air around us. The ionic solution consists of salts of magnesium (Mg), potassium (K), zinc (Zn), platinum (Pl) and gold (Au). The active part of the device are replaceable capsules that can be used regularly for up to 12 months. The shelf life of the unused capsule is seven years from the date of manufacture.
Innovative ion diffuser developed by ASBISc Enterprises under the brand Perenio, protects people from known coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2, said the distributor at the presentation of the product at a press conference in YouTube. The compact portable device Perenio Ionic Shield emits a specific composition of the ionic complex. Thanks to this innovative solution, people receive protection against coronaviruses at home, in the office, in a taxi or even in public places, according to the developer. In the future, ASBIS plans to expand the range of devices for protection against various diseases. Perenio Ionic Shield is designed to prevent infectious diseases caused by known coronaviruses, including Sars-CoV-2, and their strains, ASBIS said. The emitted ionic complexes have enough kinetic energy to destroy the positively charged outer membrane of coronaviruses and their negatively charged RNA.
“It took us 15 months to design, develop, test, certify and prepare the Perenio Ionic Shield for production. This innovative product was developed by an international team of scientists with many years of experience in studying the effects of ions on the human body, bacteria and viruses that played a key role in this process, “said Sergey Kostevich, CEO and Chairman of ASBISc Enterprises. Experts in theoretical physics, chemistry, biomedicine and engineers from many countries have worked side by side to create a product that can have a huge positive impact on protecting human health, the manager added.
Perenio recommends using the device indoors – at home, in the office and even in a car or taxi. The combination of several Perenio Ionic Shield devices, located at an interval of 3 meters, can also protect people in public places: shopping malls, airports, train stations, gyms, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons and in taxis or public transport. The compact device can fit in a backpack, bag or suitcase. It is portable, which significantly expands the scope of protection, even while traveling. The most effective concentration of ions is in the range of two meters in diameter. The recommended minimum distance between the Perenio device and the human body should be at least 25 cm. Thanks to the low level of ozone emissions, the device is safe for round-the-clock use, the company assured.
“We started our work focusing on the most important pathogen at the moment, ie. coronavirus, including Sars-CoV-2. However, the technology itself allows us to adapt it to protect our health from other pathogens. We plan to develop protection against influenza, asthma and various types of allergens. This means that by purchasing a device now, in the future we can get additional protection by replacing only the capsule “, explained Sergey Kostevich. Thanks to the built-in internal battery, Perenio Ionic Shield can work up to 6 hours without power connection. The device can be charged via the Type-C power connector or operated while still connected to the power supply. No additional configuration or application installation required.
