There is seemingly no limit to what people will pay for some of the more obscure Apple gear, and these sneakers prove it.

The shoes are nine and a half tall and have the classic six-color Apple logo. They were distributed to Apple employees in the early 1990s, making them an extremely rare find.
The worn-out shoe, listed as being in pretty good condition with light superficial pollution, managed to shoot $ 9,687. They had 20 offers in total.
The shoes were sold at Heritage Auction House. The auction house included them as part of an “Urban Art” block.
It is also not the first time that a hard-to-find Apple product has been successfully auctioned. Recently, a rare Apple-1 machine sold at auction for $ 458,711.
Varied marketing materials and other memorabilia can also bring in high prices for the auction block, such as an original Apple-1 manual that sold for $ 12,296 in 2019.
