Baptist Health System’s CEO Matt Stone said the project represents a $400 million investment on the city’s fast-growing far west side and is expected to create around 2,000 jobs. The health system purchased 72 acres off of Loop 1604 and Wiseman near SeaWorld San Antonio and Northwest Vista College, according to Bexar County property records.
