Hebb and Collins are both being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. Collins’ bail is set at $100,000. Investigators arrested Elwood “Lynn” Hebb, a former worker at the company, last week. He’s also charged with arson. The fire remains under investigation.

There was a fire at Collins’ Anytime Trucking Company on May 25, 2020. It caused an estimated $60,000 in damages. He was arrested by investigators with the state Fire Marshal’s Office Wednesday.
