It is apparently, representatives from the Arkansas Tech University (ATU) Advancement Office will be visiting academic buildings on campus from September 18-21 as part of the ATU Family Campaign. This campaign aims to engage with faculty and staff and encourage their participation in supporting the university.
On Monday, September 18, the Advancement Office will be located in Crabaugh Hall from 10 a.m. to noon, and in Dean Room from 1-3 p.m. Faculty and staff members can visit these locations during these times to learn more about the campaign and how they can contribute.
The following day, Tuesday, September 19, the representatives will be present in Corley Hall and Rothwell Hall from 9-11 a.m., Dean Hall from 10 a.m. to noon, Crabaugh Hall and McEver Hall from 1-3 p.m. This provides multiple opportunities for faculty and staff members to interact with the Advancement Office team.
On Wednesday, September 20, the team will continue their visits in McEver Hall and Rothwell Hall from 9-11 a.m., Witherspoon Hall from 10 a.m. to noon, Norman Room from 1-2 p.m., Corley Hall from 1-3 p.m., and Energy Center from 2-3:30 p.m.
To wind up, on Thursday, September 21, representatives will be available in Witherspoon Hall from 10 a.m. to noon, Energy Center from 1-2:30 p.m., and Norman Room from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
For those who are unable to meet with them during this time period, additional visits are planned for the week of September 25 to reach more staff members.
It is important to note that ATU faculty and staff who donate $25 or more during this fiscal year (June 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024) will receive an ATU-branded insulated fabric cooler as a token of appreciation for their support.
