Farmers Edge assigns Cindy Yuan as new chief financial officer

Farmers Edge Inc. (“Farmers Edge” or the “Organization”)  a pure-play digital agriculture company,  declared the arrangement of Cindy Yuan as Chief Financial Officer, viable December 6, 2021. Yuan’s past experience covers a broad spectrum of skills, remembering working in publicly traded companies, change in quickly developing undertakings and building solid money groups, strategic planning, and risk management. She will lead Farmers Edge worldwide monetary operations and will move to the organization’s corporate office in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The combination of her expertise in technology, distribution, and manufacturing — along with extensive experience scaling high-growth companies — positions her to be a high-impact leader as we work to execute on our strategy and drive shareholder value,” said Farmers Edge founder and CEO Wade Barnes.

Barnes added, “I would like to thank Lori Robidoux for her dedication and hard work in coming back in the role as interim CFO. I look forward to Lori working with us to complete a smooth transition.”

Yuan was the Canadian CFO for WESCO International (a Fortune 200 US global company) for several years, where she was instrumental in driving sustainable growth. Previously, Yuan was the Head of Finance for Canada Wire and Cable of Anixter International (a Fortune 500 US global company). She holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honors from Laurentian University.
