Medical Services Premiums: $9,988,606,597  The proposed HCPF funding comes to a total of $13.2 billion, the majority of which goes to paying premiums for medical services for Medicaid recipients. Of this $13.2 billion, $2.6 billion will come from the state’s general fund.
