Franchise Group, Inc. Announces Approval of Quarterly

ORLANDO, Fla., May 04, 2021 (News) — Franchise Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRG) (“Franchise Group” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend to common stockholders of $0.375 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on or about July 15, 2021 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock on the close of business on July 1, 2021.
