Twitter user Kelios has previously leaked information about upcoming Pokemon announcements, and in the tweet below, they’re making a new claim. This time around, the leaker is claiming that a brand new Nintendo Direct will air next month, and it will focus on Pokemon.

The fact that next month in February is essentially Pokemon’s 25th anniversary can be seen as a no-brainer for a Nintendo Direct about the franchise. Traditionally, the Pokemon Company considers February 27 “Pokemon Day,” celebrating the launch of the very first Pokemon games in Japan.
