Company to Report First Quarter 2021 Financial Results on Thursday, May 13th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time

SAN DIEGO, CA, May 05, 2021 (News) — GreenBox POS (NASDAQ: GBOX) (“GreenBox”, the “Company”), an emerging financial technology company leveraging proprietary blockchain security to build customized payment solutions announced the company processed a record $315 million in transaction volume during the first quarter 2021 representing 140% growth sequentially from $131 million during the fourth quarter 2020. GreenBox will release financial results for the first quarter 2021 after market close on Thursday May 13, 2021.

Management will host a conference call on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time to discuss GreenBox’s first quarter 2021 financial results. The call will conclude with Q&A from participants. To participate, please use the following information:
