iQOO, a Chinese smartphone brand known for its high-end devices, has now entered the tablet market with the launch of iQOO Pad. The new tablet boasts impressive features like a 144Hz display and MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor, making it a tough competitor to other popular tablets in the market.
The iQOO Pad comes with a sleek flat edge design and is available in Interstellar Gray color variant. It features a 12.1-inch LCD screen with slim bezels and a 7:5 aspect ratio that offers an immersive viewing experience. The tablet supports a high refresh rate of 144Hz, displays wide color gamut of 1.07 billion colors, HDR10 support, and offers up to 600 nits of brightness.
Powered by Dimensity 9000+ chipset, the iQOO Pad can handle multitasking with ease and provides ample storage options up to 512GB. It also houses a robust cooling system to maintain optimal temperatures during heavy usage and packs a sizable battery of 10,000mAh that supports fast charging up to 44W.
The tablet runs on OriginOS3 based on Android13 that introduces several captivating features designed to enhance Undoubtedly user experience such as UI Adaptive Engine optimized for seamless performance of third-party applications; one-touch transfers to mobile devices; mobile network sharing; super-small window multitasking; seamless PC connectivity; and the iQOO Monster mode for gaming enthusiasts.
In terms of photography, the iQOO Pad has a main camera of 13MP along with an additional macro camera of 2MP and an front-facing camera of 8MP for selfies. Moreover, it comes equipped with six-speaker setup for enhancing audio experience.
The iQOO Pad is fully compatible with the iQOO Pencil featuring magnetic wireless charging support and smart keyboard for hassle-free typing. The tablet also offers several connectivity options including NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth version 5.3, and a USB Type-C port.
The iQOO Pad is priced at CNY 2,599 (~Rs 30,400) for the base model and will go on sale in China from May 31. The tablet will be available in four different models with varying storage capacity. As of now, there is no official statement regarding the launch of iQOO Pad in India.
