The farm, located at 24830 County Road 95, is open to the public on Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. Hobby’s Farm held its grand opening last month in Davis. “In true Stocking family fashion, we entertained our dad, Curtis, with the idea of opening a second Hooby’s Brewing location — in the midst of a pandemic,” according to a post on the Hooby’s Brewing Facebook page. “We weren’t really looking for a new project, but in July of 2020, we found a beautiful property just outside the Davis city limits that had so much potential to be something we deemed ‘cool.’”

It’s a farm with dirt and potholes; dress accordingly.
No outside alcohol allowed. The only alcohol permitted on site is Hooby’s beer. Unlike our taproom, there will be no wine available. We will have water and sodas for non-alcoholic options. We will have a limited amount of sandwiches, fruit cups, and chips for sale, so feel free to bring your own picnic and make a day of it!
Please be mindful that this is a working farm with farm animals! We have sheep, goats, and chickens. Dogs will be allowed but they must always be on a leash.
Our farmer, Mike, can usually be found giving farm tours of the place and his impressive rows and rows of veggies. If you would like to purchase any veggies while visiting the farm, look for his veggie stand (please do not pick from the garden).
We want you to be able to roam the 40 acres freely, but please note that we have put countless hours of blood, sweat and beers into this place and hope you treat it as you would your own backyard!
The post also explained what to expect at Hooby’s Farm: “For the past year, we’ve been working at the farm to turn our vision into reality and have a new place to enjoy ice cold beer with our friends and family,” the post continued.
