An additional update for macOS Catalina arrived on Thursday. It aims to fix some of the issues related to the recent update 10.15.4.
Fixed macOS Catalina 10.15.4 issues
The upgrade notes indicate that this fixes the problem of users with the latest macOS Catalina version unable to participate in FaceTime conversations with those using devices still using iOS 9.3.6 and earlier or OS X El Capitan 10.11 # 6 and earlier versions. Additionally, Office 365 users should no longer receive repeated password prompts. As far as hardware is concerned, the issue with MacBook Air 2020 hanging in the setup wizard or disconnecting and reconnecting an external 4K or 5K display has been fixed. Cases where Mac’s USB-C ports become unresponsive have also been resolved.
Suggestion For You:
To install the upgrade manually, tap the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen> System Preferences> Update Now. The update requires users to restart their Macs. Users with automatic upgrades do not need to follow these steps.
