Manatt strengthens legal, regulatory and health policy resources in Albany

Paulsen earned his J.D. from Albany Law School, magna cum laude, and his B.A. in political science from Siena College, magna cum laude.

Paulsen’s practice includes advising various health care stakeholders on the impact of state and federal budget and legislative activity on their operations and compliance programs. He represents providers on matters with the New York State Department of Health and Department of Financial Services with respect to licensing, compliance and enforcement actions, and in transactional matters with respect to corporate, real estate, regulatory and licensing aspects of transactions.
