Dr. Craig Hunter is an aerospace engineer at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, with research experience in experimental, theoretical and computer-aided fluid mechanics, aerodynamics and aeroacoustics. He has developed technological software tools and analysis methods to simulate digital fluid dynamics (CFD), aerodynamic design and jet noise prediction.

In 2008 Craig Hunter founded Research and Technology to create innovative and attractive applications for the upcoming Apple iPhone, namely Theodolite, Pro Compass and Nav Camera.

Craig is an expert who puts high-end Macs at the service of scientific calculations. We discussed his doctoral work, his work at NASA on CFD sound simulations and jet engines, his recent computer review of a Mac Pro 2019 for 31,000 USD and the parallel application iOS and the evolution of this market over the years.
