JOHNSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Tennessee Comptroller’s Office officials have released two separate investigative reports to nonprofits in Johnson County.
According to investigators, the former director of ACTION Coalition in Johnson County, Angela Wills Dickens, was recently charged with theft after allegedly misappropriating money.
In a detailed research report released by the Comptroller’s Office, they reviewed the data from July 2014 to August 2018.
The report stated that Dickens was allegedly using ACTION funds for a cell phone subscription and buying food at a local supermarket.
