PS Plus Freebie Zombie Army 4: Dead War updated to 4K, 60 frames per second on PS5

Source Nevertheless, this is an awesome and timely update – especially with the game being available free on PS Plus this month. The patch is available to download now. This is a patch rather than a port, so it’s similar to what Insomniac Games did with Ratchet & Clank. Unfortunately, this does mean there’s a caveat: Xbox Series X will has the option to run the game at 120 frames-per-second in 1080p, while that feature is absent from Sony’s next-gen console. This is because, sadly, games need to be ported natively to PS5 in order to achieve 120 frames-per-second; it can’t be done through backwards compatibility.
