Participants included WTWO/WAWV‘s very own Mike Tank, along with longtime anchor Tom McClanahan. “Just reaching out and having an event like this and having community partners come together to work as one to raise money for the kids, it’s a special time. It’s a special day,” Tatu Brown, executive director of human services at the Hamilton Center said.
One hundred percent of proceeds from the event will go toward the Hamilton center’s child and adolescent programs and services. The Hamilton Center hosted its annual Sheriff’s Shootout Golf Outing at Rea Park with 27 teams taking part in the event. This was the 30th year for the event.
